- Procambarus clarkii, peeled, cooked, deveined, defatted, soaked in brine.
- Chemical-free with no STPP.
- Real count: 100–200 pcs/lb.
- Ingredients: Crayfish meat, salt.
- IQF, glazing 20%, pack size 10 x 800 g deglazed net weight, storage ≤ –18°C, shelf life minimum 24 months frozen.
Product 2: Crayfish Tail Meat with Dill
- Cooked with dill, peeled, deveined to the last tail joint, defatted.
- Chemical-free with no STPP.
- Real count: 100–200 pcs/lb.
- Ingredients: Crayfish meat, dill.
- IQF, glazing 20%, pack size 10 x 800 g deglazed net weight, storage ≤ –18°C, shelf life minimum 24 months frozen.
